Paying with Credit Card
We accept credit card payment for online orders.
Please provide the “bill to” address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches the information on file with your credit issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the “Bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file.
Your credit card will not be charged until we provide the goods or services you ordered.

Processing an Order
Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 30 days from the date of your order. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of your order, you will be given the option to cancel your order.

How to Change Your Order
We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us at the following e-email address. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.

We will notify you of any upcoming promotions and specials that may interest you. Returns and Exchanges
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact our customer service department immediately. All returns should be shipped to the return center address below. No COD returns will be accepted.
Return Policy
No Returns after 30 days
We no longer refund shipping and handling charges, unless the refund is due to our error.

Music & Movies CDs and DVDs
All CDs and DVDs must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original sales receipt. We will happily refund the purchase price, plus applicable sales tax for any unopened products purchased from Music & Movies.
To Return Catalog Merchandise
We provide quick and easy ways to return an item that didn't work for you:
•To return an item at our store, bring your order to our store Victory Outreach International 250 W. Arrow Highway San Dimas, CA 91773. This is the quickest and easiest way to return merchandise and receive an immediate refund or credit.
•By mail: complete the “Returns or Exchange” form on the invoice and return it with the item. (Look for the mailing address on the return label) If you don't have your invoice, please enclose your name, your address and credit card account number (if it was a credit purchase) plus the approximate date of purchase with the item and mail it to the Victory Outreach Vision Outlet same address of above. Customers are responsible for the return postage.
